I am splitting the difference and giving them a 3. Must be they fixed it because my purchase has finally been restored. I just got the notification that Google Ads responded and in defense of their response, they were not made aware that I had already tried the Restore Purchase twice. A couple of days later (yesterday) I pushed the tab again: same result. A message flashed telling me my purchase restored except the ads remained. I pressed the tab for Restore Purchase as soon as possible after reinstalling the App. Today I am giving them a 1 until they resolve my problem. There were no options or protection for a consumer. That didn’t surprise me but when I attempted to contact Google Ads I was taken into an endless loop of horror that in the end assumed I was the advertiser. Yesterday I had to restore my phone and reinstall the digital clock. Up until yesterday I would have given it a 5.
